CULINARY TIP
Oven 180 degrees
When preparing roasted beetroot, leave the skin on & wrap each beet individually in tin foil and bake for approximately 1 hr.
To peel the beets, carefully unwrap and use the tin foil either side to peel the skin off, leaving your hands, pink free!!
